No comment about but I believe this is the "Latouche Treville" a French anti-submarine warship, the L'abeille Bourbon from the French coast guard, a random french fishing boat and it has been made on Brittany according to the houses we can see at the beginning.

Yeah it is. I'm a producer myself(although i stick to more deep and dark stuff), and all i can take from this is that its requiem for a dream, with a dubstep beat(a badly mastered one), and a simple bassline with some basic LFO modulation. Simple :)
