Climate Reparations: What Must COP27 Deliver?

This event discussed whether compensation for climate-induced loss and damage will finally be turned into reality. Will major industrialised countries finally make good on their commitments to small island and vulnerable states? Or will such states be forced to pursue compensation through the courts?
