In 2023, the Casco Bay Estuary Partnership (CBEP) in Portland, Maine, asked Reel Quest Films to produce a short video as part of a Nation Science Foundation grant proposal. CBEP and partners are developing an “ocean weather report” based on a new high-resolution coastal ocean model which will provide five-day forecasts of water movement in Casco Bay, Maine.
