The emotion from Adam during the memory sequence with his father was a close to real as it could get. Two years before production started in this movie Adam lost his father. So hearing him say “I love you too dad” was him feeling like he was actually talking to his late father

I think that’s one of the most effective emotional films scenes of all time which you wouldn’t think would be in a mostly silly Sandler comedy though the concept of the film is pretty fresh.

This movie is easily in the top 3 of Sandler's best movies. The most notable thing is how it perfectly mixes drama and comedy.

I lost my dad a week after his birthday in April 2023, his cancer came back, That second round of treatment really did him in. It sucks because before my dad got sick, we were at that point of becoming more than a father and son, we were becoming friends. I miss you dad, everyday. I really do. I lost my dad the same way, in 2017 right before his 60th birthday. My dad was the coolest guy with years of wisdom and advice. I miss him so much. This movie breaks me every time I see that part, sometimes so much I have to fast forward. 💔 I’m so sorry you had to lose yours too.

This is probably the most emotional Adam Sandler movie I’ve ever seen

I love this movie, because it has a strong and powerful message about spending time with family before you're time is up, the scene with the last time with dad and him dying with his family was heartbreaking, it feels like real life, I cried like a baby watching it, hugs from Texas 🥺🤗😢❤️

Rob Schneider is the guy you noticed. He plays in a lot of Adam Sandler movies... 50 first dates, waterboy, click, maybe a few others too. He played a larger role in a really funny 2000s movie with the chick that plays Regina George in Mean Girls... It was called Hot Chick.

She probably remembered him from the The Water Boy. "You can do it!" The Hot Chick is hilarious. Deuce Bigalow is also fun.

An unusually bittersweet comedy, with quite a weighty - even tragic - message at its heart. Something definitely not lost on Mish or Ellie. Really quite an outstanding performance from Adam Sandler - perhaps his finest?

This is that movie that you think is just a comedy, but the ending surprises you and makes you cry without stopping. React to "Society Of The Snow" the movie is a masterpiece, but very sad (based on a true story).

This was the first Adam Sandler movie that brought me to tears! I loved your reaction girls.

It starts off as another dumb Sandler film but then it gets serious and really good.

Crazy to realize that this film was a copy from the Canadian TV show; Goosebumps Episode: Click Adam Sandler was like “Copy that, copy that”. And by the way you look so cute and adorable with that hat Michelle I love you. 😘

If you always question why the movie is so serious in the end is because Sandler wanna do this a serious movie but the studio want it to be another silly sandler movie, both parts fight until they have an agreement he will do the silly movie until the last half hour then he will show them the kind of movie he wanna made, the studio accept it and the movie was made

Hello Ellie & Michelle!😊 Ellie, it sounds like you have a cold. Chicken soup broth is very good for a cold.😉 This is definitely a darker Adam Sandler film than we are used to. Bed, Bath, & Beyond actually declared bankruptcy last year and all the stores have closed. Great reactions to this dark, but very entertaining and moving film, Ladies!!!!🎬👏👏👏👏
