Still looks like some alien ship out of a Star Wars movie😝
I'm sure she handles her duties neatly. And I should mention that for all the ugliness of the larger vessel, the tug is sharp looking. *Edit, the one in front.

Yes the G rugs are a great looking fleet! Most of the Grand River Navigation boats look good but this one is a very utilitarian workhorse!
And there is the Superior Avenue Bridge in the background and a great shot of the Terminal Tower at 7:16.... I so miss home.....

She may be ugly, but she is still a beautiful asset for the company. She was the only ship I saw one day, several years ago. Different tug and fresh paint

I think Scott’s title to this makes him the shitbag of year. He’s likely some old guy who has no clue of what’s valuable in life and what isn’t. He isn’t.
Those kayakers sure are paddling away. And what's wrong with that tug. It's cute.

Wendy park is worth a visit, nice safe place to watch boats, trains, planes, fish or people watch. When we go it’s an all evening thing.
The tugboat was just getting a head start on the Christmas spirit with the color scheme.

The owners of those tugs have a very creative color scheme. They are easy to spot!

It’s called an Articulated Tug and Barge or ATB.
95 tankers, 2 engines the tankers must have been M.T.
I know the video is sped up in places but a lot of crazies out there on the water. :-)
Wish someone would do a video on some of these vintage tugs.

Late reply, but here is a video from the Great Lakes Towing Company (owner of the red and green tug in this video) about their tugs over the last 120 years! kzread.info/dash/bejne/ZGRoz7Cjj5rNgJs.html
The only ugly tub I saw was the Nautica Queen
It’s so ugly it is actually beautiful.
Great video. Have to go there one day.

She loaded!
Say "ugliest tub" ten times fast. Hah! I knew you couldn't! The ugliest tub is being hauled by a beautiful old tugboat.
I love in a train town and a big fan of trains. The bottle train was a 1st for me
I've been on some rust buckets on the lakes, that vessel is the ugliest. Thank God for the tugs. They pulled us out of many jams on the lakes.
LOL We get 2½ minutes of a train crossing the bridge 1:23 at normal speed, then it gets cranked up to high speed when the bridge and the boats start moving. Otherwise, fine video.
Very cool! 👍🏽

Tub... boat.... the big grey thing
People on their boats on the great lakes just doesn't know where do they wanted to go, they keep coming back to the Cuyahoga Norfork Southern lift bridge. This probably makes the bridge operator in his drawbridge exhausted because apparently he maybe getting sick and tired of letting these boats in and out of the flats east bank. He just wanted to keep the lift bridge down for once because their could be Norfolk Southern trains approaching that's heading their way. 👉🚂🚋🚃🚋🚃🚋🚃
