It's ridiculous how often teams want to change facilities and have taxpayers pay for it. Cleveland is a city of like 350,000 people (with more in the metro area). It's not like they have a spare $1B. And cost overruns are common. Sofi cost was like $5B.

Don't think Cleveland goes with a full roof. I think they do a Bills design. The costs outweigh the benefits if you are not going to be in the SB rotation and I doubt Cleveland is a place the NFL wants to host a SB ever 5 or 10 years.

Fenway Park is the oldest stadium in the world. The Red Sox spent millions to renovate it and they think it'll last until 2061.

Boring unless it's ultra-weird or really funny. I saw that the design of a stadium on a pirate ship for the Buccaneers, that was funny some days ago. But it's like good comedy comma how many do you have to try before you finally find a joke that works? And even then, Johnny Carson said once that more than 3 jokes about one topic in a monologue make it stop being as funny, and I would say the same is true of AI content even when it is good.
