Clearwater fishing | Catch & Cook in the Cabin

Ойын-сауық

Join Graeme for some ultra clearwater fishing where I catch some fish and head back to cook them at the cabin. Graeme heads off to Sussex in an effort to locate some fish in really clear spring fed water. He goes to Chalk Springs Fishery, but his turn up time is not exactly dawn! He doesn't start fishing due to rain until about 1pm, after getting an interview with the fishery manager Callum so anglers will understand more how a Trout fishery works. There are some great underwater shots of the different trout species in the stock ponds, after which he heads out onto the lakes to see if he can salvage anything from the day. Finally he does a cookup in the Tackle Shack cabin back at the T.A. base...Mmmmm .....you can almost smell the cooking through the screen...Enjoy!

Graeme, Yours is indeed a Totally Awesome Fishing Show! I have been watching your program for a good while now, and always find them enjoyable, educational, interesting, inspiring, thought-provoking, and sometimes even hilarious as well. This one reminded me a bit of a TV show I watched in the 1960's where a couple of guys caught Trout at Shoshone Lake and cooked them beside the lake. They called it "Trout a' la Shoshone and the batter they used was simply pancake batter. They filleted and deboned the fish, coated the fish with the batter, then seared it for a bit, then coated it with more batter and finished cooking it. I never did try it myself, but it sounded tasty. Yours, however, sounds far, far better than that! Thanks for sharing with us this wonderful video!

It's been a long time since i have heard that term of the 'bolt hole " .My dad when he was a live used it often around his mates. Mrs P says Hi....Ref Saltwater fly,yes I have done lots of it before,Bonefish and Tarpon on fly,Tuna, even Blue sharks. My claim to fame would be a Mako shark I hooked on a flyrod while fishing for Blues off the Algarve in Portugal...It was,to say the least, a very one-sided affair. ..But that was before I started using video cameras. In the UK I guess it would be Bass,Mackerel, and with inshore shallow reefs, the Pollack. I will put in in the "ideas" file. Thanks for commenting.

Its the same when I watch TV..the difference being I can't click them off whereas with KZread you get a choice, and of course its free. With TV I am stuck paying for a license to watch either rubbish or re-runs.

Nice place but out of my price range. £350 joining fee + £200 membership ? Certainly not for every but good luck to those people who can afford it.

Not sure what you do for fun, but 550,if that's for the year looks good when compared to other sports or leisure
