Stepwise Application process
· Clean the Windshield surface with JopasuTM Glass Cleaner.
· Inspect the surface for cracks or blemishes.
· Apply the Tape on edges so that paste will not spread on other parts i.e., Masking
· Mark the scratches with board Marker
· ClearvisionTM powder mix with water in 1 : 0.5 proportion so as to make thick paste
· Apply paste on glass as shown in video.
· Buff the paste with 1000RPM circular motion machine with JopasuTM felt pad for 60 to 120 Minuts. Sprey the water periodically during process not to let paste dry to keep lubrication and cooling
· Clear the paste with Jet Sprey or with hand and running water
· Remove the tape and wipe with Jopasu Magic WipeTM
Inspect the windshield
