Best procedure is the following: - Use non-amoniac cleaning product to clean the windshield. - Have lots of distilled water close to you. - Use 1500 grade glass sand paper and wet sand the glass using a rotary polisher machine. - Use 2000 grade glass sand paper. - Use Cerium oxyde and wet polish the glass using the machine and a special glass pad (Very important) - Take a pause each 15 minutes. - Wet sand with grade 3000. - Polish again with cerium oxyde. - Wet sand with grade 6000. - Polish again with cerium oxyde. - Use a pro microfiber towel to clean dry residue. Done. for long lasting results, wax the glass using something like Meguiars Sealant or a CeriGlass nanocoat.

No brother don't use angle grinder because speed or rpm is too high and car glass got damaged.. this machine is different and haveing low rpm machine ..
