To be honest it was your channel that really opened our eyes to the usefulness of tractors and excavators for property management. It was also Andrew's channel. I remember watching a video of his where he unloaded an excavator from a trailer on the side of the road and in no time he had a road and the beginnings of a home site roughed out. I thought, dang, that is the hardest working dude I have ever seen in my life. After owning a tractor for a couple years I bought our little mini-excavator last January and absolutely love it. Money well spent. We use it for all kinds of things on the property. We even do a little gardening with it. We used to be avid boaters. But after buying our property our priority changed and I can tell you that the amount of money we spent so far on our tractor and attachments, Wood-Mizer LT35HD sawmill, and the mini-excavator, pales in comparison to the cost of our SeaRay sport cruiser. We are enjoying working the property much more than we did boating, so it was a no brainier to sell that thing. Besides, these equipment purchases are much more useful and hold their value way better than boats do. I only wish I had discovered this sooner. Keep up the good work.

Phil here from NE Indiana. Watching Mike Morgan run an excavator makes me want one. I have no real need for one and it's not in my budget but it sure would be fun to own one. I would find something to do with it. Never have run an excavator, I'm sure I would be terrible at it but Mike makes it look soooo easy to operate. How hard can it be? I do know it's not as easy as Mike makes it look. Mike is an operator of all machinery. He is good.

Word from someone who has done it. When pushing trees down be careful not to push too hard with the cylinder it can cause a bend in the cylinder and cause the seal to leak. done that been there and it was costly. The cylinder didn't look bent, but it was enough to make the seal leak. Great looking machine, I'm envious of the cab. The current one I have has a cage but not a cab. Love your channel and wish you all the success you seem to have coming your way. My channel is small but I hope since I have retired (somewhat) that I can put out some good content like the Morgans.

I bought a compact excavator and spent the winter clearing my woods out. I had a ton of small trees robbing nutrients from the larger ones and just crowding the space. I also had numerous dead fallen trees. I own a Danuser tree puller but getting a tractor in the woods to do this kind of work isn’t very productive. I’ve owned a larger Volvo excavator for several years and leaned so many operational techniques rom Chris (Letsdig). I met him at ConExpo two years ago and that was a real honor! He’s helped me out a lot.

Mike, one of my life long dreams is to hike the Appalachian Trail. I enjoy watching the through hikers on youtube. So many great people taking time to video their adventure for us to watch. This year I am watching a mom and dad and their 4 year old son hiking! CRAZY, but incredible. You can find them under "Live Sutton", I watched the Crawford family when the family of 8 did their hike, and of course I watch many others. Dixie, with Outdoor Wanderlust is great as a triple crown hiker, AT, PCT, and Continental divide. I also enjoy numerous construction videos and woodworking groups. Somehow I got into watching Trent and Allie as they are building a home out west, the Lumnah family on Lumnah Acers, who just bought 500 acres up north have been interesting. And of course all the others having to do with tractors and firewood; the Ritters, In the Woodyard, Andrew Camarata is incredible! (horrible at editing, but I can let him roll at my desk when working on spread sheets and e-mails.) Morgans, keep up the enjoyable videos, we will keep watching.

He is one of my favourites. I also spend hours watching Shawn James and his “Self Reliance” channel. I’ve started watching Hometown Acres and enjoy his expertise on working with the firewood industry. The Baird Brother’s ,Jim and Ted, travelling on the river’s of Northern Ontario and camping outdoors are also on my list. If you enjoy wood carving, Doug Linker is a great one to watch. Finally, another friend of those that I mentioned in Ontario is Joe Robinet. He also does outdoor camping and building in the great outdoors. I usually start my day however with Outdoors with the Morgan’s. Thank you for sharing your life and family with all of us.

Hey Mike great video and love watching the excavator work i would live to own one. Im ready to see how big the shale pits going to be plus maybe you'll have a topsoil pile with all the old tree debris you'll scrape off the top. Thanks for sharing and until tomorrow

Morning Mike. I've been wondering if you knew about Andrew Camarata. It's very exciting to watch his channel. He has many talents. I also watch Hedblom and Andrew's Friend Jesse. Forgot Jesse's last name but Jesse is very talented and knowledgeable. Sometimes Jesse and Andrew are working on the same project. But they both have their own channel and projects. I was glad when you got an excavator. Also, you have a great helper, friend and companion in Melissa. It goes without saying. She is a keeper and a tremendous asset to Outdoors With The Morgans. Blessings brother. ☝️🙏🇺🇸💪🙌...

The Morgans are my number 1, followed by Out of the Woods, Fall Line Ridge, you put me on Hometown Acres, Ohio Wood Burner, and Wranglerstar.

I agree that my Kubota 40-4 excavator has moved more bolders , dirt, trees, and overall grading on my 15 acres in eastern Pennsylvania as well as snow plowing a very long driveway, let’s not forget digging frog pond ! It’s a indispensable machine to have. It enabled me to clear a entire hillside to build my 2 story pole barn, saving me money on expensive rentals. Well spent money to keep any large property in order.

I love to watch Buckin Billy Ray, he's a hoot. I have picked up alot of useful information from him as well. Out of the woods is another favorite. The Iron Horse as well as some more. I'm always recommending "Outdoors with the Morgans" to my friends. Keep em coming...

I watch farm and building channels. Cole the Cornstarch, MN Millennial Farmer, Welker Farms, RR Builder, Perkins Brothers Builders, Wild Wonderful Off Grid. I’m retired and I start my day early before my wife wakes up watching vids before I head out to my shop/farm and start my “work” day. I’m always amazed how many little things I learn and use in my day to day activities. Have a day.

Those baskets are going to make firewood cutting very easy and you will have to only touch the wood once at the splitter! A bag on the fork lift underneath the conveyor

I watch all those channel's to plus dirt perfect but I only have 2 acres but my north property line is fenced with big trees grown in the fence and would love to clean it up but I can't afford to do it. Rent or buy or hire plus theirs a natural gas line back there that probably has roots grown around it from all the trees so a Chan saw crew might be the only way plus stump grinder.

5 degrees is perfect plumbing weather because cleaning up poopcicles is much easier than when its warmer. Lol. As far as other channels.. the 2 you mentioned plus Fall Line Ridge and Out of the Woods.

I watch Andrew Camarata and Letsdigit too. Lot of woodworking and homesteading channels. Unfortunately I am in SE Texas and way to far away to take advantage of your sawmill. We have couple local guys cutting Cedar, Cypress Oak and a little bit of maple. East Texas is mostly pine forest so the hard woods are hard to find. No walnut or cherry. I am a bit jealous of your resources.
