we just used ours for that a few days ago, it came out great! we only have the basic roller brushes, so we had to go back and do some minor details, removal of some spots and the edges.

look great i have the same one. I was thinking of using for small jobs for tile grout cleaning instead of using the truck-mount but i was wondering what kind of cleaning agent did you use? Are you still using acidic cleaners? does it damage anything on the machine with acids cleaners?

No damage. Grout master is not acidic. You can use it on any tile.

Yes it scrubs, rinses and extracts. Sometimes I will come back with the steam cleaner and rinse.

The owners keeps this floor maintained by having it deep cleaned twice a year. It is a clubhouse so it does not have heavy everyday traffic.
