Alternativ kann auch die Silikon Einlage benutzt werden. Für mich die optimale Variante wenn man keine beschichtete Form hat. LG

Natürlich 😁. Aber dann bräuchte ich ja keine Tipps geben, wie man die Form reinigt 😁. Aber du hast recht, natürlich kann man auch die Silikonform verwenden😉

Frage: warum gibt es die Form nicht emailliert? Die wäre dann nicht so empfindlich.

Weil Emallie nicht hält auf dem dünnen Material. Allerdings gibt es sie mittlerweile mitbringt keramikantihaft Beschichtung 😉.
Erstmal vielen Dank für das tolle Video. Ich hätte da noch eine Frage: bekomme ich eingebranntes auch so entfernt? Ich bin mit dem Omnia ein absoluter Neuling und habe mir beim Brötchen backen die Form an manchen Stellen verbrannt. LG Bernd

Leider nicht. Die eingebrannten Stellen von den Brötchen bleichen leider 😔.Daher empfehle ich beim Brötchen aufbacken auch immer die Silikonform. Da gibt es auch ein Video drüber 😃. Aber zu deiner Beruhigung: Die Backform ist weiterhin benutzbar. Das ist nur eine optische Sache 😉. LG Bianca

fuer meine silikonform habe ich noch nie oel benutzt - teig rein, fertig. nach dem backen nur mit wasser ausspuelen. die patina, die sich nach und nach bildet, macht nichts. beim backen wird ja alles sterilisiert

Ich weiß gar nicht, ob Backofenspray für Silikon geeignet ist 🤷♀️. ich wüsste auch nicht, warum man so ein Spray für die Reinigung der Silikonform benutzen sollte. Ich denke, dass hier die Benutzung von Spülmittel ausreichend ist 😁.
Dann hab ich bis jetzt alles richtig gemacht, sage ich stellvertretend für meine Frau, die den Omnia brav eingeweicht hat, bevor ich ihn spülen könnte.
