Sameee sometimes i get this energy (from where I don’t fucking :) know) that makes me wanna clean all my room, and then I get depressed again and my room is a fucking mess with chips bags all over my bed, my laptop my phone I even have CLEAN CLOTHES that I don’t want to put in my closet. Oh! And water bottles too (all over my bed) so yeah, I hate depression bc I feel bad and stressful to see my room like that but i don’t wanna clean it 🤨😩😂.

I had the same problem/concern going to college. I just ended up taking my favorite things at that moment, and coming back i did a huge deep clean because I realized what I could live without. I literally didn't miss almost anything I didn't bring. That was a spiritual experience lmao

watching this from my bed that I haven't made in eight days has made me uncomfortably aware of the pile of laundry that has accumulated on the floor of my closet because I've left my clean laundry basket in the basement for 2 weeks cuz i dont want to fold it all

i love this

fun fact: you can cleanse negative energy with sounds. Negative energy is at low frequency. but if you scream high pitch or have things that make high pitched sounds, it'l cancel out and cause the negative energy to disappear. also, smoky quartz is my go to cleansing crystal.

Usually I just put all of my laundry together and wash them instead of sorting them. I used to sort them but I don’t anymore and I haven’t had any problems. Unless I have to wash delicate clothes then I will separate the delicates from the rest of the clothes.
