I am ok now but sensitive to much lower levels

I would put a respirator not a paper mask and face shield and proper clothing other wise you will be ingesting and absorbing the chemicals which would be bad for you kidneys and liver lungs and blood and who know what else ,l installed home use expandable foam 2017 re doing my boat and got poisoned from the off gassing of the home spray foam it contained ISOCYNATE it took me 2 weeks to recover and I was working outside with a N 95 respirator it went right through the carbon filters I can’t believe they sell this crap at hardware and big box stores ,no wonder children are sick with respiratory problems today its in some pillows and mattresses it off gasses isocynates .I worked in auto body work while going to high school and college these consumer chemical can harm you as much as industrial ones

In auto body 2 stage paint hardener is isiocynates and body shop by law have to have painting done with the tech in a full face respirator with a separate outside air supply and paint suit as to not allow it to go on the skin and gloves nitrile.But building supplies stores and dept stores sell expandable foams which in tiny print says it contains di isocynates un real . I wonder how many well meaning parents have used it there baby’s bedrooms to seat a small crack or else ware in the house and caused respiratory harm or worse to their child
