How do you find homes that need cleaned. I'm used to seeing them needing junk removed. So what if water is not on? How do you wash them down then?

We work with a foreclosure property management company so we get all the houses that need to be cleaned in our area. We pay the utilities until the property is sold, so we dont have to worry about the water or electricity not being on. Hope that helps 😊

It works good! I use to be a mechanic and it was the only thing that could really get stains off a shower.

We contract for a foreclosure property management company is how we got into it. But contacting banks and real estate agents that deal with foreclosures would be the best way to start. Hope that helps 😊

It's been a while but I think we got $400 for this. We do contract for a foreclose property management company so of course they get more then that. We just do the dirty work lol

We contract for a foreclose property management company, so that's how we get all the contracts. But if you know a real estate agent that deals with foreclosures they might be able to help you out or get you in contact with the right people.

I had a question how do you go about charging or estimating a charge to clean out the location?

We estimate on how long itll take us both to clean it out, and what else is going to be required to clean out the property (big junk bins, somebody to pick up metal, electronics etc....) hope that helps!

Finding a real estate agent that deals with foreclosures or a foreclosure property management company might be the best bet. They will know of any new foreclosed homes before anybody else. Also theres a KZread channel called Dallas Homes For Sale, he shows the inside of foreclosed homes and might be able to help you out also. Hes a real estate agent! Hope that helps 😊
