Vapor Blasting a Porsche 944 Intake Manifold
Here is a demo of vapor blasting a Porsche intake manifold.
Vapor blasting for steel, aluminum, magnesium, titanium, rubber, brass, copper, plastic.
Safe on metal, will not warp or score surface. This blasting is done with water and a fine glass bead slurry for the best surface finish. Revive your cast aluminum motorcycle parts back to a factory finish. Sand blasting will gouge the surface and remove material, this is safer and does not remove any metal. It will get into small threaded holes.

Hello Sir. I got the car cylinder head with intake and exhaust valves fitted on it. I want to clean with glass bead. Can i do the vapor honing process without the removing of intake and exhaust valves, sprints. Or i have to remove the intake and exhaust valves first before vapor honing.

You have to remove them because they are steel and it will open the steel and make them rust right away.
what's the difference between vapor blasting,sand blasting and dry ice blasting..Just an amateur asking

Vapor blasting is glass bead and water that rolls over the metals surface to not heat or gouge the metal, sand blasting is dry with various media types that can heat and warp the metal and gouge the surface, dry ice shoots dry ice chunks that evaporate into the air that won’t heat or warp or make a mess and is usually for larger applications like car bodies
