i loved everything except the black edging on the strap. it wasn't very forgiving during application. wasn't the edging wallet-colored originally?

Yeah not a fan but it works 🤷🏻♀️ black on leather usually isn’t that forgiving lol
Can I get that anti-aging cream for my face? 😂 That vibrant burnt red color. 🔥🔥🔥 So amazed how you basically eye-balled the dye pigment and mixed the colors to almost perfectly match the original.

Gorgeous wallet. I wish I could pull something like that off. I'm in the middle of making a leather carry case for my batteries, earbuds, flashlight and odds and ends. I see how they did that hatch design. It's not hatched at all, but they took a solid sheet of leather and cut slits into it at regular intervals, and then pulled strips of leather through those slits. Then they likely put it in a press to compress all of the bands. Or, anyway, that's one way to do it.

He copied the original strap. It had black edges, though they were partially worn off on the original.

На оригинале окантовка наливная, овальная в разрезе. У меня искрошилась и ремешок неприглядный, сумку на пенсию😂

Ну это реставрация, как по мне прошла неудачно, замена язычка вообще атас, тупо покрасил какую-то ткань...да ещё и с оконтовкой черной?! И что толку было красить замок, если потом всё равно всё испачкал маслом
