Also don't feel bad I deal with severe and chronic anxiety and major depression and PTSD daily. People don't understand how real it is until they are dealing with it. It can control your life and limit you big time. Scary feeling but real. Stay strong and dedicated and keep doing what you do. 💯💯

PTSD is a killer.

We all have some anxiety and depression issues most of the time we bottle it up bc of fear of what others think about us. Thanks for not being afraid to admit it and showing us we all deal with it and can talk about it and it's nothing to be ashamed of or tackle on your own. I just got my Camaro SS last year and have been watching your videos ever since and really enjoy all of them. I've done a few mods to mine and get ideas from what others have done on KZread. Thank you again for all the work and videos

ive noticed with doing youtube that I do take little breaks. but unfortunately its a full time job. which will always mean lack of sleep. but your body should adapt. I maaaaybe get 5-6hrs of sleep only. make sure you're eating really good and healthy. i switched my diet up and focus on lots of veggies and clean fatty acids/amino's/proteins to help with my body just wanting to shut down from working alot. keep pressing forward raquel!!!

I vacuum the carpet, then spray it with whatever all purpose cleaner I have and scrub it with a tire brush to agitate it and bring up all the dirt and then go over it with the vacuum again and they come out like brand new. Just a tip that works for me!
