Where are you going to put your towels you have no Room and you put all the things from the closet on your beautiful bedsbread doesn't that make your bed spread dirty or snag the bed spread

I'm not sure if anyone has mentioned this, but you can donate some of the sheets and towels to your local animal shelter. Just thought I'd give a heads up, since a lot of people don't realize they can do that :)

I need to do this today. We use ours for extra towels, blankets, paper towels, car cleaning supplies, and etc. Thank you for the inspiration. All old towels, blankets, and sheets can be donated to your local animal shelter. They use them in the kennels. Just an idea.

This was inspiring! Years ago I was given the idea to keep the sheets for each bed in the room with the bed. That helped my closet so much! Thanks for this video 😊

Compared to English houses you have so much space, think of all the space down in your basement, garage or in your laundry room that you could use for storage, I am cracking up, so funny! Also how about more shelves in the cupboard, so you can organise easier.

Oh geez I need to watch this often. I’m the one on Instagram who said I have plastic dino 🦕. I was an elementary teacher and I’ve crammed school supplies I can’t seem to part with. Good memories

Our house is a ranch and our linen closet is "thin/skinny" too, with just two shelves and a closet hanging rod. So I keep our sheets on the top shelf, which I cannot reach at all. The other shelf we keep small games & playing cards. Plus my husband and I hang our winter coats in there. I keep my sweeper and a tool box on the floor and any large packs of toilet paper & paper towels. I love the idea of a zip tote bag for sheets.

It inspired me! I just cleaned out our hall linen cabinet and bathroom cabinets.

Turned out great! My linen lose Ives me crazy! I store all our family photos from many years on the floor and bottom shelf ( I really need to sort and organize all those.) I have 2 shelves of linens and 2 shelves of quilts, doilies and blankets my mother hand made. The quilts my Mom made are beautiful, but we don’t use them as they are not my style and I can still her my Mother’s voice telling me, “don’t sit on the quilt, you’ll break the stitches”. My Mom passed almost 22 years ago, I could really use that storage space in my closet, but don’t know how to part with them. Thank you for the great ideas for storage pieces! I love those clear bins with lids! ,

Hi Crystal! I did this a few years back and still looks pretty good! But you motivated me to go back in and declutter those items that I said I would get rid of if I didn’t use them. Lots of old makeup got tossed and old lotions/soaps. I have sheets, towels, a first aid bin, a bin of extra lotions, etc. and a couple of sewing kits. One bin for toilet paper and one for Kleenex boxes. I keep Bath and Body Works items in each of the bathrooms and although I decluttered some, I could do more. It bugs me that they keep getting rid of scents and I end up with some that don’t go together.😂 I think clutter multiplies once we close the closet door!

Hi Crystal, I have three of the storage bags that I use for summer clothes in my small bedroom closet. Love them them. I also have 2 of the cleaning caddies; one for upstairs and one for downstairs under the kitchen sink. I love how the closet came out. Doesn’t it make you feel good! And the plant! Those storage bags are awesome. I vaccuum seal my extra comforters & pillows and store them in those bags 💜

I go to our charity shops weekly to see what new stuff they have in .. I am so happy to say I have picked up storage bins and a basket for around £8.00. Sheets I fold and put into 1 of the matching pillow cases. Much easier. Great job crystal 🧡🧡🧡🧡

👍🏻 My linen closet is a two in one. Half of it is a closet for coats and guests. The other half and the shelves above I use for towels and I have baskets for small things like soaps and small spray bottles and my oils to dilute the essential oils. I also use it for all my decorator pillow covers and charger plates which I should probably move to another area. Since my house is all on one level, I store my stick vacuum in the garage as you open the access door from the house. It’s very handy there.

Looks so good, I have old floor tile in the bottom of mine. My husband says leave it down there.

This inspired me to redo mine. Tara little recommendation. We have 4 bathroom and in each I have a caddy with basic cleaning supplies and omg it has made cleaning the bathroom so much easier because I dont have to lug stuff to each bathroom.

Putting your sheet set together in one of the matching pillow cases seems to work well for me! I organized my linen closet with plastic bins from the dollar store, they are labelled but I wish I had used some clear bins!! I'm still looking for something to store my essential oils in! Sun is shining in northern Ontario today but it's chilly! Have to bring my flower pots in each night! Can't wait to see your flower pots! Have a great day😁

You can put old towels and sheets in a bin label repurpose so if you need it you have it. I use old towels in the car in case you need them as rags

On the inside door of my linen closet I have what is supposed to be used for shoes , but it’s hanging pockets that I put hand sanitizer, Band-Aids, ointments , Bath and body Works soap bottles, travel Kleenex packets (I use these in my purse so I like to keep them on hand), medical glove (like to wear these when I’m cleaning) , Travel antibacterial wipes, off spray,rubbing alcohol , and peroxide. I have oneto34 shelves and then a big open spot at the very bottom like you do. First shelf is extra blankets, second shelf is towels/hand towels/rags, second shelf is over flow of towels, and packages of baby wipes, last shelf is overflow of hand soap or anything else that’s overflow. The very bottom I keep toilet paper in a basket and then also Lysol and Lysol cleaning wipes in bottom area.

I love a organized linen closet. It looks great! I have an old fashioned bread box in mine with a few meds and thermometer etc. Enjoyed.

One thing to think about, I would keep one or two sets of the sheets, just case the kids get sick, and you need to change them out.

I love me a good declutter. =) I have a closet (PAX from IKEA) in my upstairs hallway - which you can call my linen closet. I store bed linens and pillows and so on, extra towels for guests, our medicine, extra bathroom supplies (soap, toilet paper - you name it), throw pillow covers, my knitting and sewing stuff. Nothing exciting. Love from Germany ♥

I have an antique chifferobe that I store antique quilts on the top and in the bottom drawers Christmas stockings/and my antique European linens awaiting to be transformed into upholstery or pillows. My house is built in 1910 so very limited closet space

In the middle of the night the beds get stripped down n they get a little throw blanket under them or a towel 🤣🤣 no way I’m putting new sheets on in the middle of the night! But I would totally keep an extra set just in case I can’t wash right away
