When Carson went under the bed to gather all the stuff, it reminded me of when I was little. I was always the designated person to go in small spaces 😂

Maybe you could put an old kitchen towel in those pockets on sides of your couch that get filled up. Try to fill up the hole so things don't get lost down there. 😊

Omg girlie you just blew my mind when making Suttons bed!! I have never thought to put the pillow under the bedsheet but I love this. I am going to do this with Cindy Lou’s bed now. Whenever I do a declutter, I put everything that’s definitely being thrown out into black trash bags and everything that can be recycled or donated into white trash bags. That way it is so much easier to sort where everything is going

Yes, that is how I clean under my kitchen stove ❣️🙌🏼🤗 or anything I just can't move. Then, at the end I lysol wipe/ mop with a damp rage and dry with another, put a sticky pad just in case we gat a critter or bugs.

I wash my dishes before I "dishwash" my dishes. I always have. In the past, I had a horrible dishwasher with bad pressure. I was still finding food caked on my dishes. (I don't run mine everyday, so letting them sit in there dirty was gross). My newest dishwasher we had had for nearly 8 yrs before I found out there was filter. I removed it and there was hardly anything at all even after 8 yrs. So I will continue to wash off my dishes before loading them into the dishwasher. :)

I hope your husband appreciates all you do! I know you do it for yourself but it’s amazing. You are a miracle worker with your decluttering and organization.

I loved the video, but I have to say I'd rather clean my dishwasher filter once a week, than rinse all the dishes everytime, but each to their own! ❤

It was so nice to see someone elses dishwasher filter barely dirty! I thought i was alone in this! I do rinse and make sure theres not food bits on them but i dont rinse to where there is absolutely nothing if that makes sense. But ive seen others and it reminds me to take it out...and when i do im like well....why am i doing this hahahahaaha i guess getting it sanitized is nice still i suppose lol.

I hear you in the space- we have 4 kids and are in 1200 with a bit of basement space that we don’t use on the daily. Decluttering has made this so sane!! We plan to be in this home for a long time, and I hope it helps long term as well 😅

I know it sounds silly, but I wear mechanics gloves when I am digging in the couch so I don’t cut my hands. Works! ❤

Quick tip, I stand on the couch to get the springs down and help me get into the crevices easier. Great declutter and cleaning video as usual !

I just love your house. It's so beautiful! Very satisfying cleaning, especially under the oven 😮 And I still can't believe how much stuff was between the couch cushions 😂 I just recently found your channel and I assume you just have Sutton but then I saw your other child and I was surprised, you look so young and... relaxed (if that makes sense? Idk much about kids, but they seem a lot of work!) 😮 also your cat sleeping on your bed while you were vacuuming was my highlight 🥰

Your little guy is so cute! I also have decluttered my home a lot. Right now I have two very small children so still don't have a ton of time to deep clean extra yet but I can maintain my home and also experiment with sourdough baking which I enjoy!

Use pool noodles in the crack of your couch to prevent toys and remotes going back inside it.

You have done an amazing job declutterring! I declutter often and I love the “simpleness” of my home. Ok, putting dishes in the dishwasher with a ton of food on them is gross. I have always rinsed my dishes! My mom always did so maybe that’s where I got it from. 😊

I have always rinsed my dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. I have friends that don’t and have had issues with their dishwasher not working properly. I have never had that problem

Hi Elaine, I had an idea and it may be something that you wouldn’t even consider or maybe you’ve thought about already, you should take out completely the fireplace open that wall up to have more space if it’s even possible 🇨🇦👍🏼❤️😉

You are supposed to clean the filter in the dishwasher az least once a month anyway! You wouldn't have to wash the dishes separetly and you would save a ton of water and time.

Your boys are adorable and do you have a great philosophy about not worrying about having a perfect and clean house while you're raising your kids. I always enjoy watching cleaning and decluttering videos. The only thing I didn't like was the music. I normally don't watch videos from channels that have music, especially with lyrics, in the background. I don't know if the music in other of your videos have just Blended in so much that I didn't notice it or what? I just thought I would throw my two cents in because sometimes creators are looking for that.

When will you be putting Sutton in his big boy bed. My grandson is the same age as sutton. My daughtings panking about putting him in a bed to early or keeping him in his crib to late.
