Clay is so unreal, it’s like watching a feral pro surfer. He’s seriously next level

Imagine being that good at surfing, that Mason Ho puts a 12 min video of just your clips on his YT…

Wow! As a barrel rider he HAS to be one of the best ever. Even in the slow mo you can see how hyper-aware he is of everything that is going on - especially the speed of the wave. That dude is 100% focused and you can see it. I love how he fades and waits for it to throw... and then leans back while he's in there. Incredible stuff.

Thank you for posting this. I've said it for years, Clay Marzo probably one of the top 3 best surfers of all time. The natural ability, talent and flow the guy has, redefines what's possible. Who remembers young guns 2? My first exposure to Clay. Unbelievable talent.

Clay Marzo rocks. Obviously he's got amazing maneuvers. BUT it's the way he can stall for a tube. He can almost come to a dead stop and start sinking then, start barrel riding. Amazing

looks like its shot from the water. the blurry water in the foreground creates an interesting look. shallow depth of field like a portrait.

Clay has been my favorite surfer to watch for a long time now. Love his deep takeoffs and how he distributes his weight in the barrel. Thank you for this! Epic cut as always from the Ho and Pringle team.

It’s funny how big Maui was on to underground rap. I can remember watching Andre nickatina and Mickey Avalon at hard rock on front street. Clay has always been and still is one of the most creative surfers ever. Praying for Lahaina town. Clay was always ripping all the super fast lefts no one else could make out there and it reflected in this video.
