Say what you will about her talents, she showed a lot of grace when she was eliminated. She was pretty supportive of her partner even if her partner wasn't reciprocal. And she won her over.

I feel for her but she really didn't have the chops. I have to admit that I laughed out loud at the idea of her duet partner Fedexing her a dead chicken as a sign of friendship.

Honestly I’m just glad she managed to get away from her family for a while. Throw away politics for a minute, I don’t support child neglect/abuse and whether or not it was a marketing ploy, like props to her for trying on the show in the first place. I could never. As for the sister that fainted, HOLY CRAP! Yeah I suffer from dehydration so I totally feel that. Thank god it wasn’t too severe.

This was doomed from the get go

Claudia Conway cannot sing at a high level, at least not yet. If she had a singing coach, and with more practice, she might be able to sing at a high level. Right now, she is out of her league. If I were an American Idol judge, I would give her the benefit of the doubt when it comes to the audition round and pass her. But this round, the judges made the right decision this time. She has some potential, but she has a lot of growing up to do. Also, I would not pick songs where you have to scream. Her singing scream was terrible.

Conway should have been in voice lessons...her parent's could afford it...completely off key..

Not trying to offend, just not enough there to go further.

She could sing but her parents were her golden ticket.

She shouldn't have gone for this, not now. Regardless of her talent--or not--the notoriety of her mother and the problems that they have had were against them. They should have tried to reconcile their differences before Claudia put herself in the public eye. I have much sympathy for the girl. Her parents should have not have allowed, or encouraged, her to be in the public eye. She should have waited a couple of years and then, tried out. If her talent were strong enough, the wait would have only made it stronger. It's another incidence of poor parenting.

I think those are some wise words. I thought the same thing worded differently but the same. People want to look beyond that and believe that things as such won’t hurt them but it’s reality such things can and will hurt you. Kudos to the gal but right now imo she didn’t have much on her side either way.
