I would label your tubs after you put the design paper in so you'll still be able to quickly access what's in the tubs when you need them.

The black and white paper in the bins was a terrific idea. It made a world of difference.

It all looks wonderful, but my favorites are the beautiful sage green stage and your headphone stand. Also, you have such a realistic, balanced way of thinking about classroom set up. I like how you said that it does not have to be perfect right away...it is a work in progress.

And omg that scrap paper in the bins is just *chef’s kiss* I love how you set up all of your boards to have so much amazing learning going on! Your students are so lucky to have you 🥰 I have those huge metal letters hanging on my cinder block classroom walls. You might have already figured out how you want to hang them, but what worked for me is attaching clothespins to the cinderblock (I hot glued a command velcro picture hanging strip to the clothespin and then hot glued it to the wall. Then I rested the letters on top of the clothespins (so that the clothespin touched the inside tops of the letters). I balanced each letter on 2 clothespins. They’ve stayed up no problem for 2 years so far!!

Totally loving your room - it looks wonderful! Just a suggestion, I would put the posters in the frames you created lower, so the students can see them (the Harry Potter, star wars, etc. posters). For your calendar, you should just use metal hoops, those open close type, and flip the numbers each day. That way you never lose numbers and months, or have to keep them sorted.

Teachers forget the setting up the classroom is more for the teacher not the students. Students do not care what the classroom looks like. I have watch so many of the classroom setups and it is the same story from most of them I have watched. All of the classrooms look great. Teacher do not need to stress about their classroom look. As you mention Bridgett it is what it is. Have a Great school year.

The vinyl on the chalkboards? It doesn't ruin the board when you take it down? I take it you use removable vinyl. I'm curious because my new room has some chalkboards and I want to put some vinyl up over it, but I'm worried it'd ruin the boards on removal.

Did you create the pictures in the frames? Are they in your tpt?

Did you ever get the Choice letters up?

You can probably put the choice sign up with a glue gun and take down with a heat gun. It looks great :)

I plan on sharing my iPad to the chrome cast and using my iPad as a whiteboard. I’ve been doing it this way for years but I had an Apple TV for the last 6 years.
