I love seeing teachers who put so much time care and effort into their classrooms to create the best possible learning environment for kids is so heartwarming to see. As as a college student reflecting back on teachers I had like you it really gives me a love for America’s teachers. Thank you for what you do for our next generation

The wall is the coolest feature wall I’ve seen! That’s cool that they let y’all put paper up on the walls. Gotta love fire codes. 🙄😂

I remember when I was in first grade we did this animal project, with animals from like the rainforest, jungle, arctic, Desert, ect and we had a picture of our animal that was assigned to us and wrote like a paragraph about that animal, what it eats, how it sleeps, how much it sleeps, where it lives(tree, ground) ect, and we made like a little background and like trees, sand ect whatever our biome was, (each classroom picked a different one) and we put on a little play for the other 1st grade classes, they had also done a play, i have never forgotten that it was the best class project I’ve ever done!

I always felt really bad for the teachers that had to move rooms and stuff. My science teacher had to move his room and he had posters on his wall from head to toe so he was really angry when they told him he was moving rooms.

Two thumbs up for your assistant! Paper hanging is the pits....but anything is manageable with a friend, or your mother, or your spouse who comes to help kicking and screaming the entire way to the school house.

Same here!!! I got two rolls from Home Depot for my student display but I have a small wall with my closet I’m thinking of doing this. Super cute! I’m doing a camping theme this year and I think it’ll make it look like a cabin

Honestly I don't even remember because we had to piece meal it so much but I think either 4 or 5!!

I have watched your setup videos 4 times. Well this is my 4th. When I setup in my classroom is like a storm hit my classroom. I hope that I can transition to public schools next year. I have been working in childcare for too long.

You have a nice big classroom unlike what i had to deal with in inner city

I remember having a friendly competition with a peer of mine with level books. We were reading them too quickly, so the teacher would just take the two of us down to the library and let us pull from the bigger kids section. Personally I didn't mind the level books but they were not really that hard to read and as you got to the harder levels the books didn't change much.

What were the dimensions of the wallpaper? I so love this idea!

Love the wood idea. Do you think command hooks would stick to it?

Hiya. I’m a teacher from Ireland and I’m so curious as to what your walls are made of because I see you’re using a staple gun to keep the paper up. We use blu tack or command strips but they fall all of the time. Also, do you guys get money to buy all of this stuff? I’m in amazement at the colour coordination

Very cute! How’s the quality of the paper? I got a roll of that on amazon for my bulletin boards this year. You’re lucky you get to do that! Our fire Marshall will only let us cover a certain percentage of the room counting boards and student work. Happy organizing!

Did you use contact paper or is that gift paper? Does it stick to the wall?

What printer do you use to print your decorations?
