    Ma'am I know that short term memories are converted into Long term memories by Long Term Potentiation.But where do the memories get stored in the human brain? Are they stored in certain genes or neurotransmitters? Where do memories get stored in the human brain?

    Via hippocampus (consolidation) to neocortex. Hence stored in neocortex synapses
