This is the oldest Classical Bajiquan Xiaojia existing today. Passing down from Wu Yong to Li Dazhong (3rd generation) and his son and other students.

Something which interests me about this routine is, that I can see the body mechanics in your practice like the six harmonies, but what I do net get completly is :Why there is no real agressive power output? Is this form supposed to be practiced lighter or is there another meaning behind this? Or was this just for a slower demonstration?
