Great review! The reason Centipede Infestation has so little to do with the original Centipede is because the original doesn't have a whole lot to have in common with. Just moving around and shooting stuff. I'm not trying to say that's a bad thing, though; simple games are good, too. (why else would Pac-Man still be popular after 40 years?) Besides, I don't think Infestation was meant as a remake so much as just another game in the franchise.

@TeamRocketReviews He does have a Commodore 64, he did review at least one game for it, I believe he said in the video that the sound wasn't working so I suspect that's why he hasn't reviewed too many games for it.

As a Centipede and Millipede fan,this game is a must pick-up for me.

Great review. I was looking for a good dual stick shooter. Now I need to know should I get this for the Wii or the one for the 3DS? I don't know if the 3DS supports the Circle Pad Pro. Any ideas on the pros and cons of Wii version and the 3DS version?

Bought it, played it, not too bad.

That's what I thought about when I saw him run into the garden with the girl in gardening gear. Then I started thinking about what heroes do farming or argriculture related things. Superman sometimes but that's definitely a niche that's open(swamp creatures don't count).

Basically agree with this review. ( Anybody notice the resemblance to the anime Nausicaa here? ;-) also - is there ANYthing to enter in the "Code Entry" section of the "Extras" menu? I completed the game, but still nothing.

Pointer controls are still better than dual analog. Don't think so? Play Sin and Punishment Star Successor, Nuff said.

I would never pay more than $10 for a game like that. Atari should have taken the WiiWare route.

Sure, and taste as well. While Precision and control for subtle movements may be more easily accomplished, there is definitely truth in the old saying of Jesus Christ "No man also having drunk old WINE straightway desireth NEW: for he saith, The old is better." In other words, people who currently love the old way to game with dual sticks are not likely to want to jump on pointer controls because it is new and different and it is too soon for them.
