Born In The '90s Launch:
Everyone loves the ‘90s. The music, the films, the fashion, the TV shows, the computer games, and especially the football kits. All areas of the culture have influenced, and continue to influence, the world we live in today. When EA SPORTS decided to focus on football nostalgia as part of their “Seasons - Back to the ‘90s’’ range for FIFA 22, Classic Football Shirts were the natural partner to link up with. The aim was to create a cohesive theme that players could enjoy in the FIFA Ultimate Team and VOLTA FOOTBALL modes, with the items available in the virtual store. Our aim was to fuse 90s popular culture with what was a golden era for football shirts. From the bruised banana kit to the mind bending goalkeeper kits, the patterns were crazy and the colours were bold. We wanted our collection to be the same and authentic to the decade. We loved the designs so much that Classic Football Shirts also partnered with Player Layer to produce physical versions of the kits!
