Classic Dirt Bikes "Honda 480 Twinshock Hybrid"

Another superb machine from my video archives. This is Scottish rider John Porteous's nice 480 Honda Twinshocker. Now this bike is not a fully original machine but is made from a 1980 Honda frame, a 1982 Honda CR480 motor and a swing-arm from a modern day Honda CRF450.

64Maxpower Hi you'd be surpirised at the crap that some guy's come up with after they view my video's . . most people see these bikes for what they are whether they are original or hybrid machines or whatever most are cool with that. . but as I keep saying I certainly dont know everything about every machine and when I come across a new bike its great to research and find out more about the background of the bikes but nobody should EVER take my commentary as gospel. I am just an enthusiast . . the same as the guys who look at the video's but thanks again for your support and for watching my content . . but if you want a heads up my next bike is a 1983 Maico 250 Spider.

@@monticlassictv there's some less favorable people giving unwanted opinions and some unbelievably good people on you tube. Your channel will get bigger as the hard core vintage crowd finds it. Don't change a thing. I'm pleasantly shocked how serious European countries are about vintage bikes.

64maxpower Manufactured in Italy.
I'm not positive those are Suzuki forks Chris. Not that it matters nor am I positive of that. But I'm pretty sure. My guess is they are Marzocchi.

64maxpower Only going on the information supplied by the bikes owner Maxpower so I can’t comment because I’m not sure myself.
I'm early
