Hey Y’all!! Welcome back to my channel! Thank you Jesus, it’s a beautiful day! We’re all pretty familiar with the classic carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. So I thought it was high time this cake got a makeover! From the cake itself (I ramp up the flavors by adding additional spices) adding pineapple jam in between the layers and making the cream cheese icing a bit more stable and rich by using a hybrid cream cheese/buttercream recipe. The decoration couldn’t be sweeter than adding a garden of lovely fresh flowers 💐! This cake is perfect for a summer garden wedding or anniversary, or any special occasion!
