I like monty too, when you time a salvo just right and all the shells come together... nice! Also like the lack of gimicks...

PQ - I have nostalgia for the greatest shot I've ever seen in WOWS, that bomb you dropped from Monty on the Minotaur at 24km? Irrc in KOTS finals. That shot is etched in my memory. It was so clutch. That shot is why I searched out your YT channel and have happily been a subscriber ever since.

Montana has always been my favorite T10 BB. Especially with Halsey and legendary mod. Very high survivability and the shell volume make it very potent, even today. I agree, though, that there is something nostalgic about it from the earlier days of the game

Seriously thinking this is my next tech tree grind. I like that its just a simple, tanky, hard hitting bb. The maine has plenty of gimmicks to make up

I heard many times that Monty is a good ship and I wanted to grind as a new player but COLORADO is killing me and the idea of playing it to get 3 lines is haunting my dreams :) So for the next ship I say Colorado :)

Montana is a great BB! One of the few I like to play. Mostly play destroyers but like the Montana, the Tirpitz, the Repulse, and the Hyuga. All are special in their own way but great battleships. To me the Montana takes the cake. Great guns even at longer ranges, that hit really hard! o7 PQ! Thanks for sharing!

With the Legendary upgrade going to a 12 sec rudder shift your a heavy heavy battle crusier. Able to push hard and dodge alot of volleys and torps to do some real close range damage. Best BB in game for getting aggressive. Others are good to lay back on the white line and lob hail marys

looking forward to have this ship. I really enjoy Iowa at the moment. Have the dispersion upgrade on Iowas as well. Works well

I do like the Montana alot. At first its Accuracy by Volume and then, as the game goes on, its Victory through Attrition. Its really hard to say anything bad about the Montana because it just does almost everything right.

montanas always been my main bb, but now that the maine is coming, finally a super for the us line

Had a couple banger Monty games myself over the weekend.

I don’t know why but I’ve always been able to make Iowa work but Monty has always been an issue to get to work. Possibly just being t10 facing mostly t11’s nowadays especially has made me prefer playing Vermont, Iowa, Georgia and Wisconsin especially now, with its ability to cycle heals and dcps so quickly. The reload boost is just a bonus in my eyes.

My first tier X and still one of my favorite boats.

How does the hit ribbon work? lets say you get 4 pens and 1 citadel, is that 1 citadel on top of 4 pens or is 1 of those pens a citadel.

Genuinely wondering what is your opinion about Montana Vs. Vermont? Personally, Montana was my first T10 back in the days and I loved it. but ever since I've gotten Vermont I haven't touched Montana once, because in my opinion Vermont is just way better in dealing damage. I know you are way slower and have the 40s reload but I still personally think Vermont is better. Wondering what's your opinion about this

I remember back in Beta when I first started plying wows at my friends house and we would look through the Teck tree's together, When we got to the Montanna we would pause and go " Holy Shit that looks mental"

Man I don’t know what I’m doing wrong in the Monty I want to love it and I keep playing her but I just can’t seem to do well. I usually survive pretty long but I end up having like 30k or 80k damage on the high end my shots never seem to connect and it feels like my shells are so easy to dodge since they fly so slow. I could go on and on I don’t feel like I’m doing anything particularly wrong I just can’t get good shots off.

I like this T10 ship. Seems balanced to me but its rudder shift sucks. Hope WG would give some love to this

It’s a giant battleship, it’s not really supposed to be maneuverable. If you don’t like its rudder shift, Soviet BB’s will drive you crazy.

Vermont has punchier guns like very punchy Vermont's role is that u find a broadside ship u aim well u fire and forget and then u ghost and repeat the whole process..Vermont is very slow and has squishy armour though

Monty is not a horrible ship if you play it for a while. But the you’re realized it has the worst Ruddershift in the game.

I have 10M xp on my Monty.

Videos like this really want to make me play more battleships and wows in general but I am absolutely terrible. Edit: Shouldn't have played. Every game was a massive steamroll with half my team dead in the first 5 minutes. Huge fucking waste of time.
