These Diaphragm Horns and Federal Signal Model 7 are located atop the Smithtown Fire Department Headquarters on Elm Ave. The siren and horns sound together only for working fires, and the horns alone are possibly used for all general alarms. The horns test Monday-Friday at noon.
Smithtown FD also has an STH-10 on the northeast corner of Brooksite Drive and Edgewater Ave, but it's status is unknown. I assume it is inactive considering Smithtown FD rarely uses their audibles.
