This is a rather controversial opinion but I believe that even though clarice always had basic regard and respect for Lorenzo, he was the first in the two to fall in love. So to see him outlive her and to see his pain at her death was not something I was good at handling I love this video... I love how it’s Lorenzo’s point of view of the story and every time clarice speaks it’s like a reinforcement of what he said or thought. Your videos are pure perfection love ♥️

I knew exactly this was coming (I mean, it's history and I knew Clarice would have died before Lorenzo) and still it was so emotional to watch... he's desperate for all the times he's made her suffer (even recently as he had sold their daughter to the Pope) and still she finds the strength to reassure him, saying her feeble "I love you" as a last goodbye. WOW. And then he spends the following episodes mourning her, while at the same time losing Florence... I must say I was a little devastated myself, even though I adored the ending!

I felt like he was always trying to impress her...in the beginning obviously to win her hand in marriage and he thought that she thought he was shallow...but he had a lot of respect for her...their relationship was beautiful...and Clarice stood her ground she's so strong...so I agree that maybe Lorenzo loved her first ❤️ Especially since Clarice basically told Lucriez off... like keep seeing him and no baby for him😂 QUEEN

Honestly their story is been so powerful and bittersweet. They loved each others deeply, the bad moments made their love stronger. I loved them more than Cosimo and Contessina, and i wish they had more time 💔 Awesome video 🤧

Cosimo and Contessina will always have a special place among my OTPs, but I agree also Clarice and Lorenzo were a beautiful couple

I should learn Math but instead I watch this 😂 Firstly I am so sad that this show is ending and no season 4 is coming :/ Daniel is amazing. Your video is very pretty :) When I watched season 2 I had strong feeling that writers of show forced me to love this couple, so it happened opposite. I am really curious if season 2 will change it (I hate using conditionals 😂). Btw Will you do other videos about Medici, I think Maybe about Bianca or about Lorenzo and Lucrezia (i know Maybe not your cup of tea but there are not many videos about them). I also already saw videos in Italien but I know that Lorenzo wasnt with Clarice when she died (don't you know why she died?)I hate that history show makers still changed things. The last line in your video was so strong! Lorenzo you really arent forgotten! And one last thing Merri Christmas :)

niki st well historically speaking, they weren’t together when Clarice died. Lorenzo himself was in ailing condition.

Clarice died of tuberculosis and yes, Lorenzo was way since he was having health issues as well and did not attend the funeral but he was destroyed by her death, there are still the letters he wrote to the Pope declaring his despair. In the future,​ I will probably edit something more about the Medici as Family and Dynasty :)

hellokafkiana Oh great! Oh tuberculosis, typical disseas of poets. Poor Lorenzo he even wasnt much old, but I read that he had many health issue during his life. Well, everybody mentioned that letter but I cant find it on-line :( i want to read it. Of course he was sad, when The woman and mother of his children died after more than 10 years of their marriage, she was also quite young (but in 15 th Century she was Maybe quite old already). She also has many pregnancies, cant imagine how this had to ruin her health also. Yeah and I of course think that season 3 will change it I made a mistake :D

What show or movie is this? I must watch it.
