Defense and boxing Skills almost always beats power. Comfortable victory for Shields. Shields has fought some top competition, multiple champions, undisputed, 2 time gold medalist etc. Savannahs resume is 🗑 she’s got 5 yrs more professional experience and yet her resume and titles won aren’t even close to what Shields has accomplished!

@@dickie35 like I said defense and skills beats power. Shields overall skill level is on a different level to Marshalls. I’ve seen this scenario play out a million times. Harder puncher getting frustrated because she can’t land, superior boxer wins comfortably embarrassing the overrated overhyped British fighter yet again.

Really great show here. I cant get enough of the banter between these two, though I prefer Savannah's attitude better. Dont get me wrong I really love Claressas heart and drive its so impressive what she has achieved. I will be delighted for the winner no matter who it is. It was the same with Katie and Amanda. Absolute legends here I cant wait to see the fight.

I know it's part of selling the fight but they making too much out of the amateur fight. They're both very different now.
Good video, This is the only fight to make in Women's Boxing and I will be tuning in, both Women have skills and traits, its an Ali v Frazier fight for women's boxing ... It will inspire but the only word I left out was skill...so I will say skill again :) ...good luck to both.

It is 2 minutes gor 10 rounds.
Its those amateur judges that started the rivalry, Clarissa won that fight but Savanah has improved a lot as well as Clarissa and I think Savannah's unique style can potentially beat Clarissa's style
Claressa seems to box a lil better n Savanah seems to hit a lil harder 🤔

you can have all the skill, in the world, but if you cannot operate under pressure, it's pointless, we have seen Savannah grow, tomorrow is the real test, can she beat Clarrisa, yes if her demons have been truly put to bed, and she really believes in herself, this is the acid test, if Savanah in her true form turns up, absolutely she wins, any doubt, Clarissa will expose it. it is Savannahs time, all she has to do, is take it, with authority.

Clarissa is different from all those opponents too though. She is elite, Savanah is Elite this is 50/50 so trust me she will NOT steam roll her. Clarissa is more hungry comes from nothing slept on floors, had nothing to eat, was molested, beat on etc. Trust me as an ex heavyweight even if Savanah does win she’ll leave with a different level of respect for Clarissa! This is the perfect match up!!

@@Ola2one it's not that silly. A few good shots can change the fight and put clarrissa on the back foot on the defensive affectively changing her approach in the fight.
boxer vs the big hitter always only ends in one winner! the boxer remains focused and sharp jabs there way to a win while the big hitter gets inpatient, clumsy and frustrated. Shields will win this
I don't like fighters like Marshall over hyped and haven't fought anyone elite. I totally understand Claressa on that. Lots of fighters like Marshall out there that will be exposed.

I think Shields is way underestimating the knowledge Peter Fury has given Savannah. Of course Savannah has to execute that & I have no doubt she will. Shields has much to be proud of, she’s earned it, but my gut hunch is that the self proclaimed “gwoat” is “gloating” ahead of the match & that doesn’t bode well for her… As a fan from across the pond, I’ve got Savannah for the win.

As far as which 1 would I sleep with 1rst really I'm deeply into both Laila N Claressa but I don't judge by who wins (tho it matters to some degree) especially when both r that great but I judge by who stands up for themselves/others n since were talking bout fighting I got so many haterz I ounce heard a woman who waz so proud she said after this lil Mexican cat got tha best of me yu loose1 fight I'm thru with u... then when I lost my last fight in jail I heard this women say on TV he wasn't even that strong this sports commentator probably wanted tha guy next to rather than myself which is ight wit me anyway but all some ppl can do is hate n it's ridiculous ask tha govt before I ever went to Lousteric n Dallas I knew I would loose because I've practically laud in the bed sometimes for 24hrs a day seriously so what use am I physically on top of that I'm only 5ft7 140 lbs n although some of its my fault its not all since nobody comes around or even associates ppl hardly talk to me on the phone not even relatives anyway if yur a professional athlete of almost any form yu stop practice then yu won't b in the league but true story in basketball I still got the greatest hands in the land semi pro that is I had not even balled in 7yrs n had a broken hand n fractured thumb n could hang with the guys in jail seriously n they were great n if they were bigger they would've been even greater seriously I could tell they were speedsters Rose 5ft9 (4.5) my estimate he was the n Bird Jackson 5ft8 (4.4) I asked him n I beat lil Norm Collier 5ft10 (4.3) in 25 25-14 right before I got out I hung everytime n probably played just about 20-25 games the last 3 of the 5 months i was there

Did she even know that her one single belt is already in the USA, I mean the British boxer Savanna Marshall? Claressa Shields is going to weigh her down and knock her out in the Seventh round. Everything had been worked out in my knowledge computer.
Don't know how clarissa sheilds even makes the weight , her hips n backside must weigh 5 stones
My thoughts are that Claressa won past fights because she is fast. She relies on that speed and yes, speed in boxing is a really good thing but she is not really that technically good as far as such as angles and footwork so if Savannah is sparring with fast people, and you know she is, she's sparring with fast men and women, then she is going to give Claressa a lot of trouble. I lean Savannah's physical strength and punching power will be the difference even if Claressa has some success with a fast jab.

The thing with sparring partners is that their not the real deal compared to who u ready to fight. Savannah can bring in a boxer that matches Claressa speed just like how Claressa can bring in fighters that are more powerful then savannah. I think shields was just sparring wit the undisputed at 168. And sparring someone that went 8 rounds wit marshal. But at the end of the day marshal sparring partner isn’t shields. The same goes the other way around.

Savannah seems to have had the better sparring against men of her own weight as well as smaller and faster. Her only female sparring partner has been Cindy Ngamba, the best amateur middleweight in the country. I've only seen Shields pictured with Rankin, Crews-Dezurn and a couple of lesser British amateur middleweights. Nobody with anything like Marshall's style, power or even size. Maybe she has been sparring men too, but not been shown. Interesting Savannah has had a tough camp with more emphasis on taking shots to land shots, than being evasive.

I’m sure marshal is sparring fast people just like how shields is sparring people taller with more power. But at the end of the day sparring partners aren’t the real thing
