As a clana fan, smallville for me ended after Clark proposed and Lana said yes. In an alternate reality Lana should've been his "Lois" I'm married now and have kids yet still bummed about their story ending.

probably one of my most favorite scenes ... that song suits this scene perfectly also . Clark felt so good hearing Lana say she'd wait for him as long as he wants ....

In this dream Lana got the right word for Clark: "torture"...throughout the first 4 seasons, though urged by good intentions, he actually tortured himself whenever he pulled away..

How tragic that the original writers wrote out Lana Lang, then introduced Lois. I'm sure the whole clana bunch would've liked to have seen/read Clark and Lana got married and lived happily ever after, while Superman saved the world. I think it would've made for a better story. Oh well, nothing we can do about it now. We take what the original writers gave us.

i thought the new writers broke them up? I remember people saying they had come over from another well known show and had done the same thing to a popular couple on that show too. Either way completely agree with you.
