Clan Resolves Boundary Disputes Amid Quest for Land Deed

COMPOUND NUMBER TWO, Grand Bassa County - In 2021, two years after it started a legal process to get its land deed, Marblee was stuck.
Longstanding boundary disputes with Karblee and Gogowein stood in the way. But earlier this year, Marblee resolved the conflicts. It now awaits the Liberia Land Authority (LLA) to officially cut those boundaries, survey the clan’s estimated 35,866 hectares of land and give it a customary land deed.
