Clam Chowder Recipe ( New England )

Hi Guys! This is my recipe for Clam Chowder. My husband an I used to go to Boudin in San Francisco. Pandemic hits, I thought it’s nice to it make at home. Hope you enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
4 cloves chopped garlic
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 cup bacon in small slices
1 cup chopped celery
1 1/2 cup russet potatoes into cubes
4-6 cups clam juice
2-3 cups clams (can)
1-2 cups heavy cream
1 cup chopped parsley
1/2 or 3/4 cup all purpose flour
2 tbsp thyme
1 tsp salt
3-5 tbsp bacon fat/oil (add more if you like)

Ann the only thing I see wrong is you didn’t serve it in a toasted bowl bread! But seriously that is an easy recipe for me to copy. Thank you!

That is always my first choice, sourdough bowl bread. Unfortunately I have non available that time. Thank you for watching.
