Hey just wanted to know how the side walls are holding up after 12000 bales. I had a 260rc and the welds that were on the back side of the pins for the tailgate had let go. I do think that the roto feed is the greatest thing ever and would never buy one without. I have a case ih rb454/ nh baler now and love it. Have a friend of mine that dose custom work with the same baler without roto cut and it has 30k bales and still going. He jokes about putting it on his front lawn in retirement lol. Also if it works for you don't change. Like to see more videos in depth on your mf small baler mostly what speeds your traveling at and what's the worst thing about it. Thinking about buying one myself. Keep up the good work!

I have a 360 that won't make a bale when the net brake is on the roll. If you lift the net brake off the roll it will make a bale fine. Any thoughts?

Canvas under the neck that the net feeds threw is worn out if it hasn’t been updated

No not normally they can get bent an have to be replaced but typically if it’s not pulling the net wrap the tension between the two feed rollers needs adjusting

I have same baler. All of my adjustment are correct but it will not pull net with brake on at all. My roll of net wrap is 1/2 gone and it still won't pull net with any sort of brake on the roll. Any suggestions?

Brent Eastman could be the rubber feed roller is bent if it isn’t might try loosening the brake bar springs a touch. If it has a tarp might be worn out you can make the bales a touch smaller an keep feeding hay in as it try’s to start that way it keeps pressure on the tarp. Also have someone watch the belt as it starts to feed could be the belt is stretched an worn out but I doubt it’d be that

@@BagwellFarms thanks for your suggestions....it literally won't even pull net in if the brake bar is just sitting on it with no springs. Feeds totally fine when the brake bar is up not on the roll. Rubber roll looks like it's in great shape. The canvas is new. I'm at a loss! Btw i love your vids. Reason I bought this baler actually. It's a hay eating monster but the net wrap is giving me problems.

Hey Brent I had trouble with mine not wanting to feed net in unless the roll was small. What I discovered was that the rubber roll had worn unevenly. Basically it had high spots towards the outside of the rubber roll. So it was no longer able to grip the net well, it was really only gripping it on the high spots. I removed the rubber roll and brought it to my buddies place where we were able to put it in his lathe and sand those high spots down. After doing so the rubber roll has much more contact area with the steel roll and my problems are gone.

Have you had to take out a link from the chain tha drives the belts ? It's on the other side and covered. I think they recommend doing it after 5000 bales.
