Whoever mixed this needs to mix every CKY show, I've never heard the guitar tone sound this good on a fan filmed video. Imagine if this was filmed like Mr smalls was it would be amazing 🤩

I miss these old cKy days. Saw them 7 times from 2005 until like 2011. All Massachusetts shows.

I was lucky to find my master tapes. Im pretty sure this was the show before the first Deron melt down in Burlington the next night. I know I have a few hrs of extra footage hanging out with matts mom and after show banter. Old school alliance member Ferg is all over the bts footage. I think he went on to do some of the artwork for b sides and rarities. Man we were all so young back then. I know theres master tapes of a few more full shows in storage 3000 miles away. One of these days I'll fly back east and dig out some of this stuff.

I was there that night. In the middle of the set he became frustrated over something and if I remember correctly said fuck this and fuck This band, threw his guitar, and walked off stage. I have half of the set list he ripped up and threw. Chad and Deis came out and talked to all of us and didn’t really say much about it. I still have the set list and pictures from that night. CIG signed it even haha.

Yo dude!! Midge here. The OG Alliance days were the fucking greatest days of my life. I miss all you crazy fuckers. Wish the forum we were all still rolling strong. I really hope they all get back at it together someday. I always keep a tiny sliver of hope.

Tripled Manic State goes hard. Wish they had played more AACBF songs live. Came out when I was in grade 10… 20 year anniversary coming next year.

Goddamn, they were SO good at this point. They should have been so much more popular, I don’t think I’ll ever stop loving this music. Deron is still killing it with 96bb too. He may be a little out of his mind, but he’s an amazing songwriter and guitarist.

Deron played the entire show with only 5 strings😮 WTF? He’s missing a tuning peg. 🤷🏻‍♂️

@@BedFeetthat is correct, I forgot the gauge (assuming quite thick like 52s for the bottom) but he plays 4 strings with a wound G (common on acoustic but not standard setup on electric)

I do have the original tapes in a storage unit on the other side of the country. This was shot on primarily the digital 8 format. Not sure how much of a boost in quality you would get. But there not accessible to me at this time. I was lucky to find this on a hard drive.

These guys should have been the biggest band in the whole world, such a shame that Deron is such a complete basket case because he was also f**king brilliant. I might be in the minority here but I love his high pitched live vocals, and he's in top form here.
