[CivPro] Post judgment remedies (Part 1) on motion for reconsideration and motion for new trial.
This video deals with Motion for reconsideration and Motion for new trial under Rule 37 of the Rules of Court of the Philippines. These are two post-judgment remedies that can be filed within the 15-day period to appeal. The other remedies are extensively discussed in Part 2 of this series. This series of videos is for law students and law graduates who are preparing for the bar exams.

Hello po Atty. My friend was charged with rape for August 2022 and March 2022. The August 2022 rape case was dismissed, and the March 2023 was downgraded to Acts of Lasciviousness of RA 7610 Section 5b. But unfortunately, he was convicted of Rape by the judge. He used the jurispredence from RA 8353 instead of RA 7610. Is it not against double jeopardy?
Kung four years ago pa po nag decision may chance pa po ba mag MR dahil sa kondisyon ng accused being pregnant?
Hinde man kami sinabihan Ng abogado namin wala kaming alam sa Caso namin Sabi nanalo kami tapos dinied naman meron Ng judgement
