This video is a must for anyone who is starting or owns a business with employees. Too many owners of business think like an "owner" and task manager rather than a leader of people.
Thank you for sharing this video with the community, The questions about divesity, culture and conflict resolution were very important.. Colleen Barret stated that Southwest Airlines hires people for life, and that makes it an enigma in the business world. There are still employees hired in 1971 that still work for the company! 16 years for me so far, a Dallas based flight attendant. The Smithsonian hit a home run with having Herb start your project of leaders. He is funny, engaging & a leader!
Such a beautiful soul. RIP
