Awesome class
wonderful discussion and presentation and i love the new HD video, do you have any discussion regarding pre-trial, discovery, appeals?
I have a Hypothetical idea type of question: Since Judges represent the court; What if a Temporary Judge appeared on a criminal case, and the Temp- judge was required only hear and work on cases that were assigned to him by the presiding judge and by the Temp-Judge-Assignment-Program (TJAP). BUT LETS SAY that the Judge did not get assigned to any case, and has failed to take his continuing education courses as a retired Temp- Judge... Wouldn't the court be lacking subject matter Jurisdiction in that way?
THANK YOU SO MUCH
