Civil Courts to Try All Civil Suits Unless Barred | Section 9 | The Code of Civil Procedure, 1908
In this session, i have discussed one of the most important section from CPC i.e. Section 9, which is all about Civil Courts to Try All Civil Suits Unless Barred. I have brought sufficient case laws and principles laid down by supreme court along with the list of cases of Civil Nature and those cases, which doesn't come under CPC. Hope helps.

Sir, Section 9 explanation II why do they have mentioned fees attached as immaterial. It is understood anyway that even if fees is attached to the office, the matter is very much civil in nature. Is there a reason to add this explanation separately

Respected sir, nicely explained. Query 1. Where I get list of all types of suits civil in nature and Query 1. Where to file suit which r not civil in nature , for eg. Those suits which u mention in this video, which r not civil in nature. Hope u reply With regards
