I ve filed a case in consumer forum, the defendant has put in reply denying my claim. Mr President of forum has asked me to file evidence. I had already filed evidence by way of Affidavit when OP DID NOT APPEAR FOR EX PARTY DECISION. LATER opposite party submitted their reply denying my claim . I am again asked by consumer forum to file evidence. My query - do I ve to repeat matter contained in earlier evidence and further add reply to defendant denial in crux or pointwise reply ? Pl help ASAP
what is difference between plaint and petition ?

plaint has a wide scope and has enlarged remedy, while petition scope is narrow. for example, you can file a case about anything but you can only file a petition for those damages or injury that you suffer only if it is defined in a statute.
Can you please provide formats of civil and criminal legal drafts?

Drafting of DEEDs and DOCUMENTs by Padala Rama Reddy is the best book or a simple book by G.Veera Reddy Drafting Pleading and Conveyancing would redily serve your purpose.

Sir.. How to creat Dates and Events at allahabad high court
I asked a couple of lawyers how much it will cost me to file an exemption from attendance exemption in court before filing of final report. Got a few quotations ranging from 3000 to 5000. Thanks to your channel and another channel called adv. avinash nandan sharma ... I did it for Rs 10 (court fee stamp). I have my own website where I guide people in real estate matters of my locality for free. Good to see others doing the same. Thanks

It is infact, like buying medicine over the counter.. The format is helpful, although has to be any way encountered by an advocate while practicing..But the problem is, law is having technicality as you found a bit here Viz. facts, law points, the layman would require support from experienced lawyer while drafting..A strategy to move the case, prove, and ultimately getting proper relief from court, is part of practice of an advocate..and they do the work for their own clients, who have engaged them....

@@jituburman1527 that is why basic law needs to be taught in school and college. And all filings should be made online. Not in person. After docs are che cked the org can be submitted. That way expenses can be lowered even further. Only main / cross and final argumemts shd be in person. And rates charged by lawyers should be regulated.
Amazing
super explain sir
Sir please see it as my suggestion. Else by listening it is very helpful
