Man... Following this Type R journey over the last year has brought me a ton of enjoyment, Cam. Really glad I found your channel. I can't wait to start doing bolt on's for my FK8. Also, crazy timing because I just finished season 3 of The Boys tonight. That show is phenomenal and I recommend it big time. Give Reacher a go if you're wanting something new! Out of all the midnight launches I went to for video games, Skyrim and Dark Souls 2 were the best. Core memories.

I would def monitor the AFRs and fuel trims to make sure it’s not too rich or even lean. Universal tunes don’t account for altitude and weather so intake temps are different. Fueling is also never the same.

Yessir! For the Si and type R. Just installed it on my 10th Gen Si and wheel hop is gone. You’ll love it on your type R.

Cam you should get it professionally tuned on a dyno. Those tunes dont take into account where you specifically are located (i.e. altitude, weather conditions, your car specifically)

I got my '20 si last year. Was debating between intake/exhaust or kt & bolt-ons. Finally got my KT/ intake/ ic/ pipes. Decided to hook up the kt and run the tune it came with (I'll download the phearable when I install the ic/pipes/intake) but man! When i tell you the crazy difference it made! I haven't even tried map2/3 only map 1 that peeks at 19.5 psi. The power through the mid-range is so much more noticeable. Wheels spin in 2nd at 25mph only half throttle. You're gonna love it bud!

Have you been able to monitor your iat, a/f ratio and soon e content ? I know it’s important when you start pushing. Fellow hot climate driver .. Houston

Should get a Passport. Roomy and that VTEC crossover is nuts!

Big fan of yours Cameron. Had my fk8 professionally tuned. $1000. FBO to the max. 500 MAF and then mishi all the way to invidia dp to full MBRP exhaust. They got it up to 360 at the wheels and the power curve is absolutely smooth. On 93 octane. Of course i want more power... Without changing fuel components. The dyno tuned is saved on my laptop.... Just wondering getting pherable 2 tune. Just to try. Watch the the A/F. Or just stay safe with pro tune.

Nice vid Cam. I'm looking at an SI because of your old one. Would you reccomend the 9th gen or the 10th? (I found your channel from the 9th gen). I was looking at getting the 10th gen because I like the way it looks more but I've never driven any of them.

Is the phearable multiple tune also offered for ktuner or just hondata? Looking to get a tumer myself for my Type R but not sure which tuner to go with but I like that multiple tune a lot

Ive seen flexfuel kit with tuned running in the 9s and most of the big turbo with fuel system and cooling system upgrades in the low sevens with 480-540hp

If you have to use a daycare, then ya gotta do what ya gotta do. We never used a day care primarily because we feared they weren't the cleanest and illness too easily passed around. We just used nannies. The really fancy daycares we did consider cost the same as a nanny, which wasn't beneficial either cuz at least the nanny comes to the home for that price. Illnesses aren't easy but she'll build up and strengthen her immune system each time they pass. It will get easier.

We are having our first in July. Really don't want to use daycare. How often did the nanny come? Can you give me estimate on monthly? I see daycares $1500-2000 a month.

We had the nanny about 4-5 days a week, depending on the hours each week it was about 500-600 per week. The really nice daycares were running close to that same weekly cost. The cheaper ones were like 150-200, but everyone I knew that used those the families got sick quite frequently. The nanny is more worth it, they'll come to your house, you'll save a little gas not having to make extra stops.@@danielmembrillo6472

2011 is the worst year GC to buy. 2020 has 0 recalls and no widespread issues. And plus, Vivian loves them

Be very careful with those Universal e-tunes. Especially in a car with direct injection. Make sure you are monitoring your air fuel at the very least.

I agree. I think that’s by John Vega is the go to since he offers data logging for you to monitor the AF ratio.

@BriManFL5CTR820 yeah, especially with direct injection cars, you absolutely have to monitor your engine. They are a lot less forgiving than port injection. DI combustion is a lot more violent n complete, but that also brings about failures if anything is off.. Mine is dyno tuned and I'm still always watching and still data logging.

It's a tune for a STOCK type R, already test on several stock Type Rs. I have NEVER had issues running a canned tune or " universal " tune

Hold the traction control button for more then 5 seconds and only be in type r mode. It will make your type r feel like a nasty B series

In the U.K. if you are caught using a mobile phone it’s an automatic 6 points on your licence. 12 points and you’re banned from driving. If it’s the cause of an accident then you’re looking at jail time.
