City Update #18-Embedding Lego Ninjago Dragon Stone Shrine Set into the City Garden Expansion!

So previously I had shown that I picked up set 71819 Dragon Stone Shrine to put into my City Garden. I've so enjoyed working on this area of the city that this expansion was well worth the rearrange of space. My first attempt at embedding the set into a MILS plate was mediocre at best. It was only attached at 3 studs and was VERY fragile. I am not an expert at building on angles and I'm embrassed to say how much trial and error this took, however I'm starting to understand better and I'm very happy with the result. While this is as secure as attaching it squarely to the base, I think this is a pretty good alternative and miles ahead of my first attempt.
Let me know in the comments if you're a master at building on angles or if you do as much trial and error as I do to make it work!

My name is Travis and I'm an AFOL! I've been serious collecting Lego since 2021. I collect a little bit of everything from Star Wars to Fabuland to Pirates to CMFs. My biggest continual project is my city. The city is currently about 112 baseplates and always in constant evolution. When I started out with the city it was 21 baseplates and I never imagined when I started it would grow to this size. My collection has quickly overtaken my office that I now call the Lego Room. My favorite themes are Vidiyo, Dreamzzz, CMFs, Pirates, and anything I can use in my city.
