A wonderful production... on how we tend to stay at one place because we hold on to memories of the good times, eventhough it no longer provides us any benefits. Kudos to the team!

I actually cried when all those memory people passing by, great job!

the environments, the mixed animation style, and the character models all come together beautifully in this and almost gives a laika sort of feel to this? very well done!

This was beautiful. I can relate to the girl. Losing your mother too soon. Also the hen was adorable. And nice choice of animal since chickens show empathy for ones they trust such as the young girl whom befriended her.

Very nice thoughtful film, well done guys!

The barren and abandoned collapsing cities remind me of the many empty maps of absolver....nothing but memories in the fold and i still believe Arcell is actually the good guy trying to surpass his brother's "dreamscape" of a world to free us...yet all we do is fight, fold, and rebirth...a sad cycle indeed

Very well animated film I just wondered what the point of the girl worried about the chickens life but really not remotely bothered about the only other person dying in the street was about? Is because the chicken is more important and can give her eggs and the other person is a drain on resources. A hard line of story but I guess human life is cheaper in the middle east.

Get Schwifty I think the whole thing was not ab living or dying. It was about keeping or letting go. And like the girl who saw people,memories in the dust after every collapse,the man on the street did too. And there were also other ppl,n the background. So I feel like there were good memories in the dust, so those ppl stayed,Just like what I thought I would do in every storm to die and be part of that memories. They stayed.(the man u mentioned was collecting the dusts and cried over them ) They didn't try to scape it like the girl. And the girl,she saw in the dust the same good memories But unlike others,she let it go. She left the city. A ruined place. And at the end she looked back at the city, which I assume means that there is no point in staying in a collapsing site while u can have ur good memories with you. Its not about the place. It is about her and letting go. So she took the hen and left there with her memories. In every bad hopeless situation (collapsing buildings) we can hold onto our good memories ( her mother.happy times) till we R ready to leave the situation and start again.(leave the ruins) Everybody's got a choice after all. And ab the hen, its an animal with no track of memories/experiences. It stayed alive in the storm cause it didnt mean anything for it.in the beginning the girl dropped his bowl and the hen went to eat whatever it was , no matter the situation,but the girl made a close connection with it ( a new hope maybe? Sth to start again with?) And again that's how we can do in same situations, find sth new and continue. SO all I wanted to add is Do not categorize it just bc they look like middle east ppl and phrase it like that. When it comes to power and politics human life is cheaper than everything. No matter who U R or where U live. I wish I answered ur Q :)
