If the temperature is low, you have to wake up the battery first - you should turn on the light or the wentylator. Next, you can start up the plugs heating and start up the engine. If you are starting, the lights are turn off automaticly...

So what's the logic in the initial short crank events instead of say 2 x glow plug cycles alone and then continuously cranking? Recalling Mercedes owners manual says keep cranking until the engine fires regularly and tells you that you may only get one shot at a start and also the old adage that if its getting faster, keep cranking !

Yo tengo una Sitroe y ese problema se resuelve a mi también me pasaba y la al mecánico y es esa lus del chanchito no tiene que demorarse más de 10 segundos y si se demora es por que no llega la corriente a hora me quedo Tiqui taca mi joya

That doesn't sound like all 4 glow-plugs are working to me..

Its running like coldstart in -28! So yours engine need a little bit of service. I am self had a PSA 1,9d, so around -25 i give two round with a glowplugs as it running good. (ZX 1,9d/ 398000km).

That’s a fact; you’re not engaging the starter long enough to get it to start. I could have got it to fire on the first try…

A mi también me pasa, cuando la dejo fuera y estamos bajo -0, tengo que insistir varias veces para que arranque... veo que es normal. ((me quite un peso de encima)) :)

Hola aún la tienes? Tengo una con el mismo problema pero bueno; te quiero preguntar si te sucedió que andando se apague el motor de pronto y luego vuelva a encender

@@carolinahenriquez3369 Hola buenas, si me pasaba, al pisar el embrague y reducir se paraba, y luego se volvía a arrancar. Ahora ya hace 3 años que no la tengo. Pero me enamore de la C15. :)

Tiene mas de un calentador roto.Si los calentadores están bien, arranca a la primera.

Pa que coño le da tantas veces cambie los calentadores que lleva 3 jodidos esa furgoneta con los 4 vale que hacer frío y hay que calantarla pero de dos veces con los calentadores nuevo arranca ala al primer Torque de llave
