Citroën C5 X | Hybrid | Electric Range | Sophisticated Suspension | First Drive Review
This week on the DoneDeal KZread channel, we head to Barcelona in Spain to test drive Citroen's new flagship car, it's the C5 X which is a car that belongs to the D segment of the automotive market.
It's designed to be as elegant as a saloon, as practical as an estate and to have the ride height of an SUV. In terms of styling, it very much resembles some of the other cars on the @theofficialcitroen lineup, however it's got a little more presence and size to it.
It's available in 1.2 litre petrol form, both in a 130hp and 180hp version, and also with a hybrid option which delivers 225hp. The EV range on the hybrid model is a WLTP 55km. Whilst these models are expected in Ireland by late May, there will also be a fully electric version coming in 2023.
The boot is large and in a square shape making it easy to use to its full capacity. The storage throughout the car is also very usable.
The seats are phenomenally comfortable, featuring some memory foam cushioning too. These seats combined with the fit and finish of the car really makes it a nice environment to sit in.
The C5 X is available with Progressive Hydraulic Suspension which absorbs any imperfections on the road with complete ease and class making it one of the most comfortable cars for a long drive.

Greetings from Romania. Splendid model. Definitely choose the model presented. It is of an elegance that impresses. The comfort is impressive as well as the ergonomics of the interior. It can always be the presidential car of France.

Thank you very much. haha, this was filmed from the airport to the hotel, so our guess is that there are the following items in David's pockets: 1. Phone 2. Wallet 3. Passport 4. Airpods 5. Microphone receiver.

I'm yet to drive the new Range. It may not be as good as the RR, however it's certainly up there, specially when you consider the price!
