I have two of them: 2001 manual gear i 2004 after lift automatic gear. Both with v6 gasoline engine. Fantastic, comfortable and reliable cars! Easy to mantain but one has to get familiar a bit with its specific features. I was a fan of the MK1 version but now i appreciate most of changes done to it resulting in the facelifted version. My recent cars were Honda Accords 4th and 5th gen. But after driving 600 km road in C5 I feel only 15% of the fatigue I had when driving Accords - anyway they are superior cars too, especially their stability and acceleration. C5 is not a sport car for sure but its comfortable characteristics make me smile every day.

Restyle and newer generations cant match this first generation c5. This is last distinct design, along with c6, that Citroen used to have. Now they look generic as everyone making stupid Crossover SUV crap cars.
